Here’s how to spend a
Sinatra Saturday In The City
Make early dinner reservations at Patsy’s Italian Restaurant,
world renown as being Frank Sinatra’s favorite place to dine.
You can taste all Frank’s favorite dishes, and if you reserve
early enough, you can request to sit in the special area that
was saved for Sinatra’s family and friends. The owners and staff
at Patsy’s will make you feel as though you’ve been their friend
for as long as Frank was. You might even hear them tell a story
or two about one of his many famous visits.
After dinner, walk only two blocks east to The Carnegie Club
where Steven Maglio and The Stan Rubin Orchestra perform
two shows, “Sinatra: Remembering The Sands,” at 8:30PM and
“Sinatra Songs,” at 10:30PM. Relax on sofas and club chairs,
or at the elegant bar, as Steven and 11 musicians recreate the feeling
of Frank’s swingin’ Las Vegas shows. And, The Carnegie Club,
because of it's special permission to allow the legal smoking of
cigars and cigarettes, is the perfect place to appreciate those
saloon songs Frank Sinatra was so closely associated with.
When you bring your receipt from Patsy’s to The Carnegie Club,
Steven Maglio will give you a complimentary copy of his CD,
”Songs For Sinatra Lovers!”
Saturday night at Patsy’s & The Carnegie Club.
As Frank was known to say,
”If you don’t like that, you don’t like ice cream”
